For set $A\subset \mathbb{R}$, if $c\in \mathbb{R}$ is cluster point, we can say

$$(\forall \epsilon >0)(\exists x\ne c\in A)|x-c|<\epsilon$$

Basically, for common Metric Space, it’s equivalent to the limit point.
